First in State Challenge Rules

The First in State Challenge gives one customer in each eligible U.S. state the opportunity to claim 15% off a full-size All American Toss game set and receive an exclusive First in State badge.

How It Works

Be the first customer from your state to purchase an eligible full-size All American Toss game set and your state will be marked as claimed on the First in State map.

Once a state is claimed, the First in State offer is no longer available for that state.

Eligible Products

The First in State discount applies to full-size two-board game sets only.

Eligible sets include:

• Sandlot Set

• Big League Set

• The Show

• MVP Set

The Rookie Set is not eligible for the First in State discount.

Discount

Eligible First in State customers receive 15% off one full-size game set.

The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

Shipping and taxes are calculated separately.

State Eligibility

State eligibility is based on the shipping address used at checkout.

If your shipping state is still available at the time your order is placed, your order may qualify as the First in State claim for that state.

All American Toss reserves the right to verify eligibility before fulfilling the order.

One Claim Per State

Only one First in State discount is available per state.

If multiple orders are placed from the same state before the map is updated, the qualifying claim will be determined by the earliest completed eligible order based on order timestamp.

Any later orders from the same state will not qualify for the First in State discount unless otherwise approved by All American Toss.

First in State Badge

Each verified First in State customer will receive an exclusive First in State badge with their eligible order.

Badge design and format may vary.

Claimed-State Map

The First in State map is updated as states are claimed.

Map updates may not happen instantly after checkout, but eligibility is determined by the completed order timestamp.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the First in State discount.

Shipping rates are calculated separately and may vary by delivery region due to oversized package dimensions.

Returns and Cancellations

If a First in State order is canceled or returned, All American Toss reserves the right to reopen that state or keep the state marked as claimed.

Returned products must follow the standard All American Toss return policy.

Promotion Changes

All American Toss reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the First in State Challenge at any time.
