Refund policy

We want you to love your Ballbag Toss set.

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Must be returned in original packaging
All components must be included (boards, bags, scoreboard, accessories)

Returns that show signs of use may be rejected or subject to partial refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Why: These are large, premium products that require inspection and repackaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Email support@AllAmericanToss.com with photos of the issue and packaging

We’ll make it right with a:

  • Replacement part
  • Replacement product
  • Or full refund (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Custom or branded orders (including stadium/custom logo sets)
  • Gift cards
